Omar was start talking about traveling to Bahrain and it was in summer. He went to see his relative their and he was so happy we they find them. He met them and decides one of his relative to take him as a trip to the places to show him the traditional and civilization of Bahrain.

Omar was comfortable and his eye contact was perfect. He was normal with the audience and with teacher. He was standing in a side of screen when he did a presentation so the audience was seen the screen where Omar was shown them the picture's so it was clearly to them. 

Omar mention all information without looking to any papers or notes. In addition, he communicated with the audience about the history of Bahrain and answered all their question from his mind. Moreover the picture was clearly from the note so he just had a look to the picture and told what that is about it.

His voice was normal and perfect as audience listing and he spoke quietly well. Moreover, his slides were organized since he began to the end of his presentation. Omar was smiling when a few students ask him silly question but he was visible while he talking about his trip

Agenda:

We discuss the belw points:

1.       What is the problem with the regular energy?

2.       Does it cost to use alternative energy?

3.       The benefit of using alternative energy?

4.       Solution for the problem?

 

Firstly, the chairman which is Amaar started meeting by talking general in alternative energy and the advantages of using solar energy. He said that many people nowadays prefer to use foul energy and electrical energy which is dangerous and effect badly to our environment. In addition, he did a search about the profit the environment giant.

 

In in first question, said that what the problem with the regular energy is. So Ammar answer that the regular energy can cause many problems for the environment such as, fuel can make a smoke which can be dangerous for human health and the living organisms and electrical energy can affect the human to get shook and damage the State property.

Second question was, about a cost of using alternative energy. Othman answer, in the first step for the equipment's will be hard to purchase at the begging and it will take time to get used to it. In addition, the workers for this kind of this job must have an experience and knowledge about natural energy.  

Omair talked about the benefits of the alternative energy. For example, nature energy safe the human health specific and living organisms general. In addition, Conservation of the natural environment and Fisheries of pollution and the last benefits is decrease the number and severity of natural.

 

Khalid answered about solution of problems, so he said that government should provide equipment and employees for the projects of alternative energy and having ideas from the countries work in this cause.

Agenda: alternative energy use in the UAE

-What is the problem with the fossil flues generated energy?

-Is it expensive to use alternative energy?

-What are the benefits of using alternative energy?

-What are the solutions and suggestions?

The chairman Ammar Saeed opened the meeting at 3 pm after welcoming the members and Mr. Hedley.

The first point of discussion was about the problems of fossil flues energy:

-Khalid said that the pollution was the main problem and the toxins that come out from processing the oil and gas to generate energy.

-Ammar said that it costs a lot in the long term for maintenance and operation.

-Othman said that scientists say that the oil will come to an end in the future so we should look for new energy sources.

-Omair said that the pollution that comes from the regular energy plants harms the environment and the humans health.

the second point was about the cost of using alternative energy:

-Othman said that it will cost a lot in the beginning to build.

_Omair said that in the long term using the alternative energy likes solar will not have additional expenses and it’s only a one time thing that the government will pay a huge amount of money.

-Khalid said the best kind of alternative energy to use in the UAE is solar energy and it usually does not cost a lot.

-Hedley discussed the other types of alternative energy like the using of wind energy in England and the turbines were expensive and noisy and only generated about 4% of the UK needs of energy; also the government paid for the setup of the wind farms and raised the taxes to get the money back.

-Ammar said that the wind power is not useful to use in the UAE and the solar will be the best solution as the emirates have a sunny climate for most of the year.

the Third point was about the benefits of using alternative energy:

-Omair said that it will help to reducing pollution and protect the environment.

-Othman said that building new solar energy factories will help provide new jobs

- Khalid said that solar energy usage will help in reducing the cost also on the public as it's cheaper to generate.

-Ammar said there is an example here in Abu Dhabi to use solar energy in aloft hotel.

Solutions and suggestions to solve the issue:

-Khalid suggested having a campaign to raise the awareness.

-Othman suggested teaching the younger generations about the benefits of using alternative energy and said there are some schools here in the UAE that gave away bags that have alternative energy solutions that the students can use in their daily life.

-Omair said that the government should subsidise the solar power installations so the people can use them.

-Ammar said that the government should start using the solar energy on the governmental buildings.

At the end of the meeting all the members in the group agreed on the benefits of using the alternative energy in the near future in the UAE and the use will have a huge impact on the local environment and residents as well.

Interview: Othman Ismail Al Marzouqi

Hedley welcomed Othman. There are Khalid and Ahmed. Othman talked about himself perfectly and he was little quick fast talking.

Othman answered about his experience and he was a little hesitant also he was afraid little bit. In addition, he spoke carefully and softly.

Next Khalid asked Othman about why he wants to hire him so, he answered that he disserved and has experience. He was self-confident.

Othman answered the question about what you yourself in three years that he wants to be managers of customer services officers. His eye contact was good and he used his hand.

Then he took a time to answer a question of weakness thing on him. He said that he can't work under pressure and also he can't focus in his work.

Ahmed asked Othman about consider in his self creative. He answered that each person has his creative so I tried to be a IT engineering and he was so nerves and thinking about something else. 

Finally, Othman asked Mr. Hedley how company is doing well. He answered, it's doing well and the employee's are vary committed in work.
